Our colleagues took part at the Conference of Young Geographers in Bucharest

We also won the special prize at the conference

The XXIV Conference of Young Geographers, organised by the Romanian Academy of Sciences and the Faculty of Geography of the University of Bucharest, took place on 9 December at the Research Institute of Geography in Bucharest, in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Institute. Tamás Hardi and Ádám Páthy hold a plenary speech entitled “Analysis of territorial disparities among rural commuting centres in Hungary, using census data”. Zakaria Suleiman participated as a young speaker in the session “Walkability: Key Measures and Methods of Assessment”. Zakaria Suleiman’s presentation won the special prize of the conference. Congratulations!
